What does audio only mean? Will I still be able to see the slides if I choose this link?
When you choose the speed that you want to view the lectures, there is an “audio only” link. When you choose this link, you will be able to hear the instructor and see the slides. The only thing you can’t do is see the video that would be in the upper left hand corner.

Why can't I watch a Tegrity session on a Mac?
Tegrity does support Mac viewers, but the session itself needs to be enabled for "Mac Support". This is an option selected by the instructor of the session. If the session was not recorded with "Mac support" enabled, only Windows viewers will be able to watch that session.

When I try to watch a Tegrity session the video is very blurry and choppy.
If you are using a dial in modem you should select a connection speed that is less than or equal to your connection speed and not greater. You cannot watch a Tegrity session at 100kbps if your dial in modem is at 28.8kbps. Especially slow connection speeds may need to choose 28kbps audio only for best results.

Why can’t I watch a Tegrity session on my Windows 95 or NT based computer?
Tegrity uses codec 9 to display sessions with screen recordings. Codec 9 comes with Windows Media Player 9. Unfortunately, Microsoft did not release a version of Windows Media Player 9 for Windows 95 or NT. For more information, please visit http://support.microsoft.com.

Why when I try to view a Tegrity session do I get a Windows Media error code?
This usually is caused by the Tegrity server. If you were able to watch a Tegrity session before, most likely there is heavy network traffic on the Tegrity server and Windows Media has "timed out". If this is the case, you can try to view the session at a later time. If it happens all the time, then there is an issue with the Tegrity server and the Tegrity administrator of that server will need to contact Tegrity Technical Support for further assistance on the issue.
